The Driver Reviver Station at Hastings on the Pacific Highway has a desirable feature that Wanneroo has overlooked.  It provides tea and coffee but is also thoughtful enough to provide TOILETS.  One has to assume that a driver stopping for coffee at the Wanneroo station may well be tempted to drive more quickly after drinking coffee as the next toilets are at Healey's Store, 17Km south.... so cross your legs!  A long drop toilet would be a good start.

Another big advantage at Hastings (which also started with just a caravan) is that it is within the SES depot and has good parking space and a level of security not available at the remote Wanneroo site.
